Ha! Bet this subject caught your eye! Those who know me...well, they KNOW I would never "create a scene". However, in this case, I can definitely create a scene on a card. That's the challenge this week at Susan Raihala's Simplicity blog. I've missed a couple of weeks, but I'm back!
I created this card with the beautiful stamp set Beach Life from Flourishes. I actually had to do a little masking to get the water stamp around the chair and trees. I used three stamps from the collection to make this card....the chair, the trees and then the water background. Kind of proud of myself for being able to combine these three stamps to create my "scene". I then colored with a combination of water color pencils and a couple of Copic pens. I love this scene...so peaceful!
Mood when I finished....happy!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Until next time....
Hugs!

You should be proud of yourself! This is amazing...absolutely awesome!
You made a scene that looks like paradise to me! Lovely card.
Oh this card is wonderful! So soft and peaceful and relaxing! Speaks to me. Love the beach and the palm trees. Just gorgeous!
Thank you for leaving such a lovely comment on my blog. I cut the card with the nestabilities rectangular die cut which has the deckled edge.
Looking at your card I think I would rather be on your beach in summer than in my mountains in winter (lol). It is wonderful and it feels absolutely like everything enjoyable.
Wow, that's awesome! I was a bit intimidated by this week's challenge. And if you really must have those couch stamps, I've conveniently linked directly to the PTI shop on the blog post.
