Yep! It's time for Susan's OLW challenge. This week we were challenged to make a card with overlapping stamping. I must admit, it took me forever to figure out what to do. The flower stamp is an old Stamping Up stamp that I've had forever. Sorry, can't remember who makes the Happy Birthday. I colored the flower with my Copic markers. I'm convinced that if I practice enough with the blending with the Copics, that I'll eventually get proficient at it!
Now...you can't see it on here, but when I stamped the sentiment on the inside, I totally messed it up....so...I made another stamped sentiment, put a mat on it and glued it over the messed up stamping. Hopefully, no one will know...or at least the person I end up sending this card to! LOL!!
Thanks for stopping by...Until next time...
Hugs!

Very beautiful card. I find there's usually a way to cover up our "oops".
I can't understand what you did wrong but the result is beautiful and you really seemed to get both challenges overlap and sweet spot.
Such a lovely card! Your coloring is beautiful!
Hello Susan! Thank you for visiting my blog.
Your card is simply beautiful! Coloring is perfect. :)
Love your color choice - so fresh and pretty!
the sentiment is the perfect shape for that flower. this is lovely! joan
I agree that your coloring is wonderful, and the front of this card is so fresh and pretty! Covering up mistakes on the inside is really just good conservation. What a waste of time and material to have to scrap a card when it's all but finished! Bravo!
Such a pretty card and your flower is coloured beautifully!
