The one layer Wednesday Challenge this week is hosted by Jennifer Styles at Styles Ink. The challenge this week was to use any of the images seen here as the inspiration for a one-layer card. We could use the colors, the layout or just the overall “feel” of a card as the starting point of our creation. I must admit I was totally stumped at first....then (light bulb!!) I remembered a stamp I've had for several years of carolers. Perfect for this challenge!! YAY!!
This is the inspiration for my card:
Here's my take on the challenge:
I stamped the image twice across the card with black Memento ink. I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils (I haven't used my Prismacolor pencils but a couple of times - and I love them now!!). I drew a line across the bottom to "ground" the carolers...because without the line...they were just floating...LOL! I was going to add a sentiment, but just couldn't find a good place to put it.
That's it for this challenge...Thanks so much for stopping by! Until next time...
Hugs!

Very cute little row of happy colourful carolers!
Hi there, this is wonderful, just like Erhard's it doesn't need a sentiment, great take on the challenge. Sometimes it's great to get those pencils out, so theraputic:0) xx
