I haven't played along with the OLW challenge in quite a while. Yesterday, I made a quick card that I think would be perfect for this challenge...and I'm getting it in on time! This week's challenge is hosted by the talented Heather Telford at Bits and Pieces blog. Heather has challenged us to create a card using the theme "warm". Well...being from sunny Florida (although today it's about 45°F....I do realize that's not really "cold"...but it is to those of us use to 70°F weather!). Anyway...let me show you the card I created for this challenge.
Now...doesn't that just make you feel warm all over! I used a Sweet 'n Sassy stamp for the scene, colored it with Prisma pencils and then added a little embossed frame with a Spellbinder square die. Sentiment is from Hero Arts.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate you taking the time to visit and many thanks for your kind comments! Until next time...

This is lovely xx
I feel you, Susan. People usually think of California as warm, too, and we've been frigid here lately. Cept for our friends in Australia who are hot, we will let your beautiful card carry us away to warm and sunny places!
Just what I needed Susan - gorgeous card - wish I was there! We have snow, snow and even more snow and I think it was minus 10 degrees last night brrrrrrrrr! Love the colouring and embossed frame. It would fit with our current challenge over at Addicted to CAS if you want to link it up.
