This week's challenge at CASology was really
diabolical difficult for me! Honestly...I just don't have any stamps that make me think "fairytale"! So....I resorted to some digital images that I have on my computer.
Can't say either of these cards make me swoon....and I hope they "say" fairytale!
Both of my cards today are one layer cards and super simple (YAY me!!) The image on this first card is from MayzeArt. I colored the image with Copics, then added a few tuffs of grass with a green Copic. The little girl's crown and frog's crown are both coated in gold stickles, and I added itty-bitty pieces of bling to the top of each crown. The sentiment from PTI seemed perfect for this image...I mean....seriously...if you're going to kiss a frog, don't you really hope your dreams are waiting! LOL! I rounded the bottom corners with the 1/4 inch corner chomper.
The image on this card is from Mo's Digital Pencil. I wasn't sure this would "fit" the challenge, but then I decided that maybe it does. After all, doesn't every little girl play dress up and believe she the princess of the castle? I colored the image with Copics, then added a touch of glossy accents to the shoes, beads, and earrings. The sentiment is from PTI and seems to go well with this adorable image!
Thanks so much for stopping by. I appreciate the time you took to visit and all your wonderful comments! Until next time...
