I hope everyone had a safe and happy Memorial Day. I'd also like to add a BIG thank you to all our military personnel! We are forever grateful for those who have fought and died for the freedoms that we all enjoy today, and we're grateful that there are men and women who serve today to continue the quest to protect our freedom!
The challenge this week from Laura at I am the Diva, is to create a tile using the tangle Crescent Moon. When I first started tangling almost a year ago, this was one of the first tangles I played with (although at the time I had no idea what it was called!). It's definitely one of my all time favorites!
That's my take on the challenge this week. If you'd like to see more wonderful tangles, pop on over to the Diva's blog and check out all the entries.
Thanks so much for stopping in! I appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment....it always brightens my day! Until next time....
Hugs!

I love the soft shine in your tile. Your crescent moon is beautiful! Love the white spaces that accent the wonderful line work!
How interesting! I love how you used white space here. Oh, and the shading is wonderful, too. Beautiful tile.
Very nice - I love that I can follow your string, and the white space in the centre is great for balance.
I kind of feel as though I'm in a helicopter looking downward into buildings. Awesome tile!!

Wonderful crescent moons. Your shading really accents the center of your tile.
Amazing composition and a beautiful result!
Lovely composition. It is very pleasing to let you eyes visit for awhile.
I LOVE this tile. It's so sweet and delicate, but it still has a lot of depth and movement. And all that lovely white space is just perfect! I have such a hard time leaving white space.
Oooh, so lacey and pretty! You did a great job!
awesome! your shading really makes your piece!
I love the open spaces. The delicate necklace of Crescent Moon. What fun! Diana Hirsch
I too like your white space. It's hard to know when to leave it but you incorporated just the right amount.
Your tile turned out great, it has a jeweled feel to it for me, pottery full of sparkling goodies. I love it. :)
